IVANOVA Anastasiia Yurievna — historian of law, state, legal science, senior researcher at the Department of History of State and Law of Ukraine, Candidate of Law (2005), senior researcher (2015). 

Graduated from Kyiv-Pechersk Lyceum "Leader" No. 171 (1996), with honors from the Law Faculty of the International Solomon University (2001), postgraduate studies at the Institute of State and Law of the NAS of Ukraine (2003).

At the V. M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the NAS of Ukraine since 2001: junior researcher (since 2004), researcher (since 2006), senior researcher (since 2013). At the same time, he is a part-time associate professor at the International Solomon University, the National Aviation University, and the Kyiv University of Law (2005-2008).

Scientific research: history of Ukrainian law of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, in particular the problems of the little-studied scientific direction "politics of law", and the history of Ukrainian constitutional law; legal problems and the constitutional component of the juridification of the sovereignty of the Ukrainian state at the beginning of the 20th century; problems of legislative technique, formation and standardization of Ukrainian legal terminology.

Defended her PhD thesis («Legislative Process and Legislative Technique during the Period of the Central Rada, the Hetmanate of Pavlo Skoropadsky and the Directory») (2005).

Main Works. Author of about 150 scientific publications devoted to the history of historical and legal science, in particular the individual monograph: «Legislative Process and Legislative Technique during the Period of the Central Rada, the Hetmanate of Pavlo Skoropadsky and the Directory» (Kyiv, 2011); co-author of collective works: «Mykola Prokopovych Vasylenko. Participated in the organization of a number of scientific and scientific-practical conferences, including international ones. Member or executive secretary of the editorial board of a significant number of collections of scientific works of the International Association of Legal Historians. Carried out a number of international internships at leading universities in Western Europe, was a visiting researcher at the Humboldt University of Berlin (Germany), the University of Vienna (Austria), the Salzburg University of Paris Lodron (Austria). Scientific Secretary of the Commission for the Study of the History of Ukrainian Law under the Presidium of the NAS of Ukraine; scientific secretary of the department on a voluntary basis; member of the Commission on Scientific Terminology under the Presidium of the NAS of Ukraine, member of the working group under the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Human Rights, Deoccupation and Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories in Donetsk and Luhansk Regions and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the City of Sevastopol, National Minorities and Interethnic Relations; member of the Expert Commission on the Preservation of Objects and Works of Art of the Coordination Council for Art Education and Science at the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine; member of the Section for the History of State and Law of the Council of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for the Coordination of Fundamental Legal Disciplines, member and executive secretary of the Organizing Committee of the Conferences of the International Association of Historians of Law (IAHL); member of the Editorial Board and executive secretary of the materials of international historical and legal conferences, member of the Council of Young Scientists of the Institute (until 2016) and the editorial and proofreading group (common for the department and the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine).
