ANDRIYKO Olga Fedorivna —  leading researcher of the Department of Public Administration and Administrative Law, Doctor of Law, Professor, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine.

In 1972, she graduated from the Law Faculty of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv State University (now Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University). From 1972 to 1975 - a postgraduate student at the Institute of State and Law of the Academy of Sciences of the Ukrainian SSR (now - the V. M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the NAS of Ukraine), from 1975 to the present he has been working at the V. M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the NAS of Ukraine in the positions of: junior research fellow, senior research fellow, leading research fellow, head of the department of public administration and administrative law problems.

In 1976, she defended her dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Law on the topic: «Legal Issues of Automation of Production Association Management» (specialty 12.00.02 — now 12.00.07). In 1999, she defended her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Law on the topic: "Organizational and Legal Problems of State Control in the Sphere of Executive Power" (specialty 12.00.07). Academic title: Senior Research Fellow awarded in 1995, Professor awarded in 2004.

In 2010, he was elected Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine. Honored Lawyer of Ukraine (2007).

Areas of scientific activity: administrative law as a branch of law; organizational and legal problems of public administration and regulation; organizational and legal problems of control in the sphere of executive power; administrative and legal support of relations between executive power bodies and citizens; civil service; administrative responsibility; administrative justice.

Over 300 scientific papers have been published.

Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the NAS of Ukraine.

Participation in legislative activities: participated in the development of draft laws as part of working groups of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and commissions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, in particular: the Code of Conduct for Civil Servants; the Code of Disciplinary Responsibility for Civil Servants; the Concept of Administrative Law Reform; Strategies for the development of legislation on civil service; the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses; amendments and supplements to the Laws of Ukraine "On Civil Service", "On Citizens' Appeals", "On the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine", "On Central Executive Bodies", "On Administrative Services", "On Administrative Procedures", etc.

On October 21, 2004, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine awarded him the title of professor in specialty 12.00.07. Professor's certificate No. 003155.
