4. Trends in the development of the protection of human and civil rights under martial law in the context of the relationship between the constitutional legislation of Ukraine and international and EU standards.
5. Protection of human and civil rights of Ukraine in accordance with the norms of civil, environmental, labor, administrative, criminal and social security law.
