ARMASH Nadiya Alekseevna — Acting Senior Researcher of the Department of Civil and Legal Sciences, Doctor of Law, Professor.
From 1994 to 1999 she studied at the Law Faculty of Zaporizhzhia State University (Zaporizhzhya), specialty "Jurisprudence"; from 1999 to 2000 - master's program at the Ukrainian Center for Legal Studies of the Ukrainian Law Foundation at the T.H. Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (Kyiv), specialty "Jurisprudence"; from 2003 to 2005 - master's degree at the Faculty of Management of the Classical Private University (Zaporozhye), specialty "Higher School Pedagogy".
Since 2000, she worked for 15 years at the Classical Private University (Zaporozhye). She went from a trainee teacher to the head of the department; from 2009 to 2015 - scientific secretary of the specialized academic council. Since 2014 - a freelance researcher at the Department of Public Administration and Administrative Law of the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the NAS of Ukraine. In 2015 - Head of the Department of Constitutional, Administrative, Economic Law and Process of the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. During 2015-2016 - Executive Secretary of the Admissions Committee of this educational institution. From 2017 to 2019 - Professor of the Department of Economic, Air and Space Law of the Educational and Scientific Law Institute of the National Aviation University. From 2019 to December 30, 2025 - Deputy Director of the State Enterprise "Information Judicial Systems" and "Center for Forensic Examination and Expert Research".
From January 1, 2026 — Acting Senior Research Fellow of the Department of Civil and Legal Sciences of the Institute of State and Law named after V.M. Koretsky of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
In 2005, she defended her candidate's thesis «Administrative and legal status of heads of executive bodies», and in 2014, she defended her doctoral thesis «Conceptual and methodological principles of the correlation of state political positions with civil service positions in executive bodies».
Science interests: problems of public administration, public service and anti-corruption activities.
Author of over 100 scientific and educational and methodological works.
Under her guidance, 10 candidates and 2 doctors of law have been prepared.
