BURIK Zoriana Mykhailivna — leading researcher of the Department of Public Administration and Administrative Law, Doctor of Science in Public Administration (2018), Professor (2023).

In 2004, she graduated from the Lviv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine with a degree in "Personnel Management and Labor Economics" and received the qualification of a specialist in personnel management and labor economics (diploma with honors). In 2011, she defended her PhD thesis at the institute and received the scientific degree of Candidate of Science in Public Administration. In 2018, she defended her Doctoral dissertation in the specialized academic council of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine in the specialty 25.00.02 public administration mechanisms on the topic: «Theoretical and methodological principles of state regulation of sustainable development of Ukraine» and received the scientific degree of Doctor of Sciences in public administration. In 2021 she received the academic title of Associate Professor, and in 2023 - Professor of the Department of Public Management and Administration.

From 2011 to 2019, she worked at the Lviv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine in various positions from lecturer to associate professor of the department. From 2019 to 2022, she is a professor of the Department of Management and Business Administration of the Precarpathian National University named after V. Stefanyk. From 2021 to 2022 - was the guarantor of the educational and scientific program for the preparation of Doctors of Philosophy in specialty 281 "Public Management and Administration" of the Precarpathian National University named after V. Stefanyk. From 2019 to 2022 - lecturer at the School of Public Administration of the Ukrainian Catholic University. From 2019 to 2022 - Professor of the Department of Public Administration of the PrJSC VNI "MAUP" (part-time). In 2022 - lecturer at the Uniwersytet Opolski (Opole, Poland) From 2024 to the present - leading researcher at the Department of Public Administration and Administrative Law of the V. M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law.

Scientific interests: strategic planning, sustainable development, public administration mechanisms, state regulation of the economy, socio-economic development of regions, activities of public authorities, decentralization of public administration.
