EPEL Oksana Volodymyrivna — Senior Researcher (part-time)Department of Civil and Legal Sciences of the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the NAS of Ukraine, Judge of the Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor.

In 2002, she graduated from Donetsk National University with a degree in «Jurisprudence», qualification as a lawyer. From 2002 to 2007, she worked as a court consultant and assistant judge. From 2007 to 2013 — Judge of the Kyiv District Court of Donetsk. From 2008 to 2012, she worked as a lecturer at the Department of Law and Associate Professor at the Department of Law and Socio-Political Disciplines of the Donetsk Institute of the Private Joint-Stock Company «Higher Educational Institution» Interregional Academy of Personnel Management (part-time).

In 2012, she defended her dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Sciences. Specialization: criminal law and criminology; criminal enforcement law. The topic of the dissertation research: «Criminal liability for public calls to commit a terrorist act». Since 2013 and until now, he has been working as a judge of the Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal (main place of work). In 2015, she improved her qualifications at the «Centre Europeen de Cooperation Juridique / Council of Europe» at the European Court of Human Rights. In 2021, she defended her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Law. Specialization: labor law; social security law. Thesis topic: «Doctrine of Protection of Constitutional Social Rights of Man and Citizen in Ukraine».

From 2021 to 2024, she worked as a professor at the Department of International Law and Comparative Law, Faculty of International Relations, NAU MONU (part-time). Main courses taught as a professor at the Department of International Law and Comparative Law, Faculty of International Relations, NAU: «Administrative Law of Ukraine», «Practice of the ECHR». During 2021, she worked as part of the research team of the Department of International Law and Comparative Law No. 69-2021/15.01.06 «International Standards of International Organizations and Their Implementation by Member States». In 2023, she was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor.

From February 2024 to the present day, he has been a senior researcher at the Department of Civil and Legal Sciences (part-time) of the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the NAS of Ukraine.

Areas of scientific activity: problems of labor law and social security law, criminal and administrative law.

Author (co-author) of about a hundred scientific and educational and methodological works, including publications in periodicals that are included in the scientometric database Scopus and Web of Science.
