BEZZUBOV Dmytriy Oleksandrovych — Acting Leading Researcher of the Department of Public Administration and Administrative Law Problems, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Higher Education of Ukraine, Doctor of Law, Professor.
He graduated from Secondary School 259 of Kyiv in 1995. In 2003, he graduated from the P. Kanashevich-Sagaydachny Kyiv State Academy of Water Transport with a degree in Jurisprudence». In 2008, he completed a master's degree at the Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the same specialty. He began his teaching career in 2004 as a lecturer at the Kyiv Optical and Mechanical Technical School.
In 2010, he defended his PhD thesis in the specialty 21.07.05. «Service and combat activities of law enforcement forces (legal sciences)» on the topic: «Legal risk in service and combat activities of law enforcement forces».
In 2015, he received the academic title of Associate Professor.
In 2016, he defended his dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Law in the specialty 12.00.07 Administrative Law and Process; Financial Law; Information Law on the topic "Organizational and Legal Principles of Ensuring Public Security."
In May 2020, he received the academic title of professor.
From 2005 to 2015, he worked at the A. Makarenko Kyiv Vocational and Pedagogical College as a lecturer of legal disciplines, a lecturer of the highest category. From September 1, 2015 to September 3, 2018, he worked at the National Aviation University as the acting head of the Department of Economic Law and Process and professor of the Department of Economic, Air and Space Law of the National Institute of Law and Justice of the National University of Ukraine.
Since September 4, 2018, he has been appointed to the position of Professor of the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law of the Faculty of Law of the State University of Infrastructure and Technologies. Since September 1, 2021, he has been appointed to the position of Head of the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law of the Faculty of Law of the State University of Infrastructure and Technologies.
Since September 2024, he has been appointed to the position of leading researcher of the Department of Public Administration and Administrative Law of the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the NAS of Ukraine.
Scope of scientific interests: administrative mechanisms for ensuring public and national security, problems of administrative and economic law, problems of legal regulation of banking and economic activities.
Author of over 200 scientific and methodological works on problems of administrative, economic, agrarian, aviation and international law. Among them are the monograph «Public Security: Organizational and Legal Principles» and the textbook «Administrative Law of Ukraine» with the seal of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, and the lecture notes «International Space Law».
