KUBALSKY Vladislav Nartsizovych — Senior Researcher of the Department of Criminal Justice and Criminology, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor.
In 2002, he graduated from the M.P. Dragomanov National Pedagogical University (specialty — jurisprudence). In 2006, he completed postgraduate studies at the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the NAS of Ukraine. Since then, he has been working at the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the NAS of Ukraine: since 2006 — junior researcher, since 2012 — research associate, since 2021 — senior researcher of the Department of Criminal Law, Criminology and Judicial System. In 2008—2019 — associate professor of the National Aviation University.
In 2008, he defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Law on the topic: «Criminal and Legal Problems of Counteracting Terrorism in Ukraine».
Awarded the academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of International Law (2013).
Main areas of scientific activity: criminal-legal protection of the state sovereignty of Ukraine, criminal-legal counteraction to terrorism, criminal-legal counteraction to corruption, criminal liability for crimes against the foundations of national security of Ukraine.
