LANDINA Anna Valentynivna — Senior Researcher of the Department of Criminal Justice and Criminology, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor.
In 2001, she graduated from Cherkasy State University named after B. Khmelnytsky (major: — History; Diploma with honors).
In 2004, she completed postgraduate studies at the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. In 2018, she graduated from the East European University of Economics and Management, receiving a master's degree (major: — Law).
In 2005, she defended her dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences in the specialty 12.00.08 — criminal law and criminology; criminal enforcement law on the topic: «Criminal legal protection of morality in Ukraine».
In 2018, she received a master's degree in the specialty 081 «Law». Awarded the academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of Public and Private Law (2024).
At the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the NAS of Ukraine (since 2004).
Teaching activities (part-time): Kyiv University of Law of the NAS of Ukraine, Lecturer of the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure (2004—2008); Khmelnytsky University of Management and Law, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure (2009—2010); Bohdan Khmelnytskyi Cherkasy National University, Acting Associate Professor of the Department of State and Legal Disciplines (2010—2011, 2024 and present); Rauf Abolyazov Eastern European University, Associate Professor of the Department of Public and Private Law (2018 — and present);
Main areas of scientific activity — criminal-legal protection of morality, information security, subject of criminal offense, violent criminal offenses, ensuring human rights in criminal law, violent crime in martial law, comparative criminal law.
Prepared and defended 2 candidates of law in the specialty 12.00.08 (criminal law and criminology; criminal enforcement law).
Is the author of about 150 scientific works, including an individual monograph: «Criminal and legal protection of morality under the Criminal Code of Ukraine» (2013);as well as chapters in collective monographs and manuals: Criminal Law of Ukraine. General Part: Textbook. Edited by O.M. Omelchuk. (2010); Combating Crimes in the Sphere of Official Activity (Criminological, Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Problems) (2014);Ensuring law and order in Ukraine by means of criminal justice (2017); Problems of increasing the efficiency of criminal justice in Ukraine (2021).
Awarded with the Diploma of the V.M.
