KOZLYUK Lyudmila Hryhorivna — Senior Researcher of the Department of Criminal Justice and Criminology, Candidate of Law.
In 2006, she graduated from the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (specialty «Jurisprudence»; with honors).
Since 2009, he has been working at the V. M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the NAS of Ukraine (junior researcher, researcher, senior researcher of the Department of Criminal Law, Criminology and Judicial Problems (now — the Department of Criminal Justice and Criminology) of the Institute)).
In 2009, she defended her dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Law on the topic: «Criminological characteristics of the personality of a criminal who committed a sexual crime against a minor».
Main areas of scientific activity — problems of criminal justice, theory of social naturalism, social-naturalistic criminology, combating crime (personality of the criminal, causes and conditions of crime).
Author of over 70 scientific works, including individual monograph: «Criminological characteristics of the personality of a criminal who committed a sexual crime against a minor» (2011), chapters in collective monographs: «Combating official crimes in the field of environmental protection» (2014); «Combating official environmental crimes (research from the position of a social-naturalistic worldview)» (2014); «Ensuring law and order by means of criminal justice in the field of environmental protection» (2017); «Problems of ensuring environmental law and order by means of criminal justice» (2021, articles (co-authored) in journals included in the international scientometric database Scopus.
Provides scientific guidance to postgraduate students. Member of the specialized academic council K 26.889.02, which is at the National Academy of Management (2017—2020).
Fellow of the President of Ukraine Scholarship for Young Scientists of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (2014—2015).
