KLESCHCHENKO Nataliya Oleksandrivna — Research Fellow of the Department of Theory of State and Law, Candidate of Law, Theorist of State and Law.

Graduated from the Faculty of Political Science and Law of the National Pedagogical University named after M.P. Dragomanov (2012), postgraduate studies at the National Pedagogical University named after M.P. Dragomanov (2015). She worked first as a laboratory assistant, and then as an assistant at the National Pedagogical University named after M.P. Dragomanov.

In 2020, she defended her candidate's thesis on the topic: «Unification of legislation: theoretical and applied aspects» and received the degree of Candidate of Law in specialty 12.00.01 — theory and history of state and law; history of political and legal doctrines.

Since 2022, he has been working as a researcher at the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the NAS of Ukraine. At the same time, he works part-time as a lecturer at the Political and Legal College «ALSKO».

Editor-in-chief of the professional publication of the V. M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the NAS of Ukraine "Almanac of Law". In 2023, she received a scholarship of the NAS of Ukraine for young scientists.

Her scientific interests include the analysis and study of problems of the theory of state and law, including: research into problems of unification of legislation, in particular the classification series, approaches to the unification of legal terminology; topical issues of legal technique in the structure of legal theory and compliance with the requirements of the legal technique of regulatory legal acts; theory of legal responsibility; modern problems of the development of legal systems; issues of the interconnection and interaction of law and other social regulators, issues of improving lawmaking and its optimization in the post-war period, etc.

She has published a chapter in a collective monograph. She has also authored over 35 articles in professional publications of Ukraine, foreign periodicals and other types of publications in scientific publications, abstracts of reports at international and domestic scientific and practical conferences, including a chapter in the collective monograph «Lawmaking and Lawmaking in Conditions of Martial Law and Peacebuilding» (2023).
