BATANOVA Natalia Mykolayivna — Senior Researcher of theDepartment of Public Administration and Administrative Law, , Candidate of Law.
Graduated from the National University of Ostroh Academy with a degree in law (2001, diploma with honors).
In 2007, she defended her dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Law on the topic: «Constitutional Torts in Ukraine: Problems of Theory and Practice» (specialty 12.00.02 — constitutional law).
Main areas of scientific research — constitutional law, constitutional-legal and political responsibility, political law, problems of organization and functioning of state power and local self-government.

She was an expert in the legislative initiatives group of the Association of Ukrainian Cities and Communities and participated in the preparation of draft Laws of Ukraine: «On Amendments and Supplements to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Responsibility in the Local Self-Government System», «On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine «On Bodies of Self-Organization of the Population», «On the Status of Deputies of Local Councils and Village, Settlement, and City Mayors in Ukraine».
