KAMINSKA Nataliia Vasylivna — Leading Researcher of the Department of International Law and Law of the European Union, Doctor of Law, Professor.
Graduated from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (specialty «international law», Master of International Law, Spanish language translator, 2000, with honors); Taurida National University named after V.I. Vernadsky (Master of Philology (Germanic languages and literatures, including translation), 2020), Kyiv College of Hotel Management (specialty lawyer, specialization in judicial and legal matters, 1997); secondary school No. 6 in Stryi with advanced study of mathematics (with a gold medal).
Defended her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Law in the specialty 12.00.11 — international law («European system of local and regional self-government (international legal principles of formation, functioning and development)», 2014, Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv; dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Law in specialty 12.00.01 («The Role of National Legislation in Democratic Transformations in Ukraine»), 2004, Institute of International Relations, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Has practical experience in the Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (2022-2023), the Institute of Legislation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (2020-2022), the Independent Anti-Corruption Commission (2021), the State Committee of Ukraine on Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship (2004), LLC "Law and Business" (2003-2004), LLC "European Consulting Agency" (2001), Law Firm "Magister and Partners", etc.
Since 2000, he has been engaged in scientific and, since 2004, scientific and pedagogical activities, in particular at the National Academy of Internal Affairs (2004-2020), Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, State Tax University, National Aviation University, etc.

Author and co-author of 15 monographs, encyclopedias, reference books and other publications. Participated in the preparation of foresight research and the working group on draft scenarios for the recovery and development of Ukraine (inter-faction deputy association «Strategic Foresight of Ukraine»,UNDP in Ukraine, 2022-2023); expert opinions for the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, etc. Worked as part of working groups on the preparation of draft laws, methodological recommendations, monographs and encyclopedias.Head of the Scientific School of Phenomenology of Modern International Law and European Law at the National Aviation University.
