SKRYPNIUK Oleksandr Oleksandrovych, Senior Research Fellow of the Department of Constitutional and Municipal Law, Candidate of Law.
Graduated from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv with a degree in "International Law" (2015), the Faculty of Economics with a degree in "Finance and Credit" (2016), the Faculty of Law of the same university with a degree in "Jurisprudence" (2017), doctoral studies at the V. M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the NAS of Ukraine (2020).
Since 2018 - Associate Professor of the Department of State and Legal Disciplines of the I. Malinovsky Educational and Scientific Institute of Law of the National University "Ostroh Academy". At the V. M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the NAS of Ukraine since 2020: doctoral student; from 2022 to the present - senior researcher at the Department of Constitutional Law and Local Self-Government (now the Department of Constitutional and Municipal Law).
Scientific research: constitutional law, international law.
In 2016, he defended his PhD thesis («Implementation of the principle of popular sovereignty in Ukraine: theoretical and legal aspect»).
Main works. Author of about 60 scientific publications, in particular, individual monograph: «Constitutional and legal dimension of the modern authoritarian political regime» (2025), published chapters in two collective monographs, namely: «Constitutional, legal and theoretical principles of modernization of Ukrainian parliamentarism in the conditions of the implementation of the European choice» (2025); «Reconstruction and systemic post-war development of Ukraine - the winner in the conditions of the new world legal order: analysis, views, predictions» (international collective monograph (2023). Also published more than 20 articles in professional publications of Ukraine and 13 articles in scientific periodicals of other countries, in particular, indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection and Scopus databases, as well as more than 20 abstracts of reports at international and domestic scientific and practical conferences. Has publications (2022, 2023, 2024, 2025) in publications included in the scientific and metric database «Scopus» and which have an ISSN — number confirmed on the website of the International Center for Registration of Periodicals.
Carries out scientific and expert activities in the interests and on behalf of state authorities; is a scientific supervisor for practice in the department of constitutional and municipal law; participates in international scientific and practical conferences, seminars and round tables in the field of constitutional law law.
