The staff of the V. M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the NAS of Ukraine, including leading Ukrainian scientists, took part in the preparation of the third and fourth issues of the legal journal «Law of Ukraine» for 2025, the topical topic — «Ukraine's progress towards membership in the European Union: the role of academic legal science».

We hope that the conclusions and recommendations based on the research results will contribute to the development of legal science in Ukraine and the member states of the European Union, world legal thought, the activation of integration processes, and the modernization of the legal order at the national, supranational, and international levels. Academic legal science is dynamic and progressive, working for victory, the national interests of Ukraine, and the development of state-building and law-making traditions.
