SEVRYUKOVA Inna Feliksivna — Senior Researcher of the Department of Civil and Legal Sciences, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor.
In 1990, she graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Taras Shevchenko Kyiv State University; she received a diploma in law, qualification — lawyer.
After graduating, he still works in the Department of Civil, Labor and Business Law (now the Department of Civil Law Sciences) of the V. M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
In 1998, she defended her PhD thesis on the topic: «Types of Limited Property Rights and Possession in the System of Ukrainian Civil Legislation».
Scientific interests include issues of civil and housing law.
During the period of scientific activity, about 100 scientific works have been published, including sections and chapters in collective monographs, scientific and practical commentaries, textbooks, reference and encyclopedic publications, etc. Among the main works: Principles of Mortgage in the Civil Legislation of Ukraine (2023); Problems of Defining and Characterizing the Contractual Grounds for Restricting and Encumbering the Right of Ownership of Real Estate (2021); Some problems of legal regulation of property relations between spouses at the current stage of development of family legislation of Ukraine (2018); Formation of the system of property rights in the civil law of Ukraine and some European countries: comparative analysis and problematic issues (2017);Housing (residential premises) as an object of property rights in the civil law of Ukraine (2017); The institution of ownership in the civil law of Ukraine and some EU countries: problems of theory and practice (2016); Problems of the correlation between the right to housing and private legal relations regarding housing: civil law aspect (2015); Mortgage agreement in the system of civil law agreements (2012), etc.
The scientist has been awarded high awards, including: a special distinction from the Union of Lawyers of Ukraine for participation in the preparation of a collective monograph, the Yaroslav the Wise Award for the preparation and publication of textbooks for students of legal specialties of higher educational institutions, A certificate of honor from the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Central Committee of Trade Unions of Employees of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for fruitful work, personal contribution to the development of fundamental and applied research on current problems of state and legal construction, training of highly qualified scientific personnel — lawyers, etc.
