Applications and documents should be sent within a month from the date of the competition announcement to the address: 01601, Kyiv, Tryohsvyatitelska St., 4, room 205.

List of documents submitted by applicants:

1) a written application addressed to the Director of the Institute about participation in the competition;

2) a copy of an identity document;

3) a completed identity card (questionnaire) of the established sample;

4) an autobiography;

5) a copy of the employment record book (if available) for candidates who do not work at the Institute;

6) copies of documents on higher education, advanced training, award of a scientific degree, assignment of an academic title, military ID card (for military personnel or those liable for military service);

7) a list of the candidate's scientific works and their prints in paper or electronic form, published over the past five years in domestic and/or foreign (international) peer-reviewed professional publications (hereinafter - scientific works), in particular, published:

– in scientific publications included in the List of Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine, which is approved by the central executive body that ensures and implements state policy in the field of science, scientific, scientific-technical and innovative activities;

– in scientific publications of other states;

– in foreign (international) publications indexed in international scientometric databases.

Candidates send a complete list of scientific papers with links to information resources and websites where they are posted, or electronic copies of scientific papers to the e-mail address specified in the announcement.

Candidates may provide additional information reflecting the results of their scientific activities:

– copies of documents on advanced training;

– monographs (chapters in collective monographs), textbooks and teaching aids (chapters in them);

– author's draft laws or their concepts, participation in legislative work;

– links to online scientific profiles.

8) written consent to the processing of personal data.

In case of submission of documents specified in clauses 1-8, such documents shall be submitted in scanned form (PDF format, each document in a separate file) to the e-mail address specified in the announcement.

Candidates who have expressed a desire to participate in the competition can submit additional information about their education, work experience, professional level and reputation (characteristics, recommendations, copies of scientific publications, abstracts, etc.), as well as their vision for the development of scientific research and development in the position.
