The staff of the institute
VENETSKA Maryna Vitaliivna – Senior Researcher of the Department of Civil and Legal Sciences of the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the NAS of Ukraine. Candidate of Law.
She has been working at the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine since September 1982 after completing her postgraduate studies. During this time, she held the positions of junior research associate, research associate, and senior research associate. Candidate of Law since 1985.

Science interests — civil law (contract law, legal obligations, legal entities, intellectual property law, etc.).
He is the author of more than 300 articles — terms in the Legal Encyclopedia (1998—2001), the Encyclopedia of Civil Law of Ukraine (2009), the Great Encyclopedic Legal Dictionary (2007), the Legal Dictionary-Reference (1996), etc.
She is actively involved in the training of scientific personnel, provides scientific supervision to many postgraduate students and applicants, and has defended more than 25 dissertations for the degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences under her supervision. She is a member of specialized academic councils of the V. M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the NAS of Ukraine. Actively combines scientific research and legislative activities with organizational and scientific and expert activities.
For his significant personal contribution to the development of legal science and education, and high professionalism, he was awarded, in particular, with a special Diploma of Honor of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, award of the Union of Lawyers of Ukraine for participation in writing the collective monograph « The Formation and Development of Civil and Labor Relations in Modern Ukraine, Yaroslav the Wise Award for the preparation and publication of textbooks for students of legal specialties of higher educational institutions, Honorary Certificate of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Central Committee of Trade Unions of Employees of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for fruitful work, significant personal contribution to the development of fundamental and applied research into current problems of state and legal construction, training of highly qualified scientific personnel — lawyers, etc.
