Dear colleagues!

According to the results of the All-Ukrainian scientific and practical conference "Legal science in Ukraine: genesis, current state and prospects for development», which took place on October 9, 2024 and was dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the State Institute and the rights of the name of V.M. Koretsky National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine is planning to publish a collection of reports.

Acceptance of report abstracts: until December 10, 2024

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

1) scope of the theses of the report — 10-12 pages of A4 format with a list of references;

2) font — Times New Roman, pin — 14, style — Normal, line spacing — 1.5;

3) margins: top, bottom, left — 20 mm, right — 15 mm;

4) the first line — first and last name (in full) of the author (in bold, left-aligned); the following lines — position and place of work, scientific degree, scientific title (in normal font, aligned on the left edge); further — the name of the report in capital letters (semi-bold font, located in the middle of the line);

5) next is the text of the report, aligned in width (paragraph indent — 10 mm);

6) pages are not numbered;

7) references in the text to sources should be indicated by a serial number in the list of references (through numbering), separated by two square brackets indicating the page of the source (if available), for example, [3, p. 7];

8) location of the list of references at the end of the text;

9) the list of references is compiled taking into account the requirements of DSTU 8302:2015 "Information and documentation". Bibliographic reference. General requirements and rules of drafting» (UKND code 01.140.40);
