Panel 1: V.M. Koretsky — а prominent scientist, organizer of Ukrainian academic legal science and education, member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration, Vice-President of the International Court of Justice
Panel 2: Conceptualization of the international legal personality of the Ukrainian state, doctrines of sovereignty, human rights and freedoms, rights and obligations of states. The contribution of the Ukrainian academic legal community to the codification of the international law of the sea, the law of foreign relations, the formation of international private law, international commercial law, the theory and practice of international justice.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ABSTRACTS:
Volume - 3-10 pages. A4 format, 1.5 intervals; font Times New Roman, size 14; margins - 20 mm; references with specific pages/pages are given in square brackets.
The list of references should be given in the original language after the text and should be drawn up in accordance with DSTU 8302:2015 "Information and Documentation. Bibliographic references. General Provisions and Rules of Compilation".
