KRUSYAN Angelika Romanivna — academic secretary of the Institute of State and Law named after V. M. Koretsky National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, doctor of legal sciences, professor, honored lawyer of Ukraine.

In 1991, she graduated from Odesa State University named after AND. AND. Mechnikov with honors (specialty — law, qualification — lawyer). In 1999, she defended her thesis for the degree of candidate of legal sciences on the topic: « Interaction of local executive authorities and local self-government bodies in Ukraine» majoring in constitutional law. In 2010, she defended her thesis for the degree of Doctor of Legal Sciences on the topic: "Modern Ukrainian constitutionalism: theory and practice". by specialty 12.00.02 — constitutional law; municipal law.

The academic title of professor of the Department of Constitutional Law was awarded in 2012.

Directions of scientific activity: constitutional law, municipal law, modern Ukrainian constitutionalism, public power and management.

He is the author of more than 200 scientific, educational and methodical works, including: two individual monographs: « Interaction of local executive authorities and local self-government bodies in Ukraine» (2001); "Modern Ukrainian constitutionalism" (2010); and the co-authored monograph "Modern constitutionalism in Ukraine". Introduction to Ukrainian constitutional law» (2006), as well as chapters in collective monographs:

"Problems of the theory of constitutional law of Ukraine" (2013);

Member of the editorial board of the scientific periodical "Ukrainian Journal of Constitutional Law". Deputy editor-in-chief of the professional scientific journal "Legal Bulletin".

In 2007, she was awarded the "Excellence in Education of Ukraine" sign. In 2012, she was awarded the Diploma of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "For services to the Ukrainian people". In 2017, he was awarded the honorary title of "Scientist of the Year". In 2017, she was awarded the Award of the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine. By decree of the President of Ukraine dated January 22, 2019, he was awarded the honorary title of "Honored Lawyer of Ukraine". Member of the Scientific Advisory Council of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine (since 2019).
