On June 6, 2025, the VIII Kyiv Polylogue «Effectiveness of Anti-Corruption Justice: Focus on Counteracting Abuse of Procedural Rights» took place, organized by the Supreme Court, the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the NAS of Ukraine, the High Council of Justice and the OSCE Support Program for Ukraine within the framework of the project «Support to the Supreme Court and higher courts in implementing judicial reform and ensuring access to justice in wartime».

The Polylogue brought together scientists, judges, representatives of the Verkhovna Rada, the Supreme Court of Justice, NABU, NACP, the Prosecutor General's Office, the legal community, and international partners.

Welcome words to the participants of the polylogue were delivered by: Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Stanislav Kravchenko, Director of the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the NAS of Ukraine, Vice-President of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Oleksandr Skrypnyuk, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Law Enforcement Activities Sergiy Ionushas, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Legal Policy Denys Maslov, Deputy Chairman of the High Council of Justice Oksana Kvasha, Chairman of the Cassation Criminal Court of the Supreme Court Olexandr Marchuk.

The thematic discussions were attended by the heads of the Committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Sergiy Ionushas and Denys Maslov, Acting Prosecutor General Oleksiy Khomenko, Head of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption Viktor Pavlushchyk, First Deputy Director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine Denys Gyulmagomedov, as well as members of the High Council of Justice, judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court, and academic lawyers.

A special report at the forum was delivered by the Deputy Chairman of the Cassation Criminal Court of the Supreme Court, Nataliya Antonyuk.

The moderators of the polylogue were: Deputy Chairman of the High Council of Justice, part-time leading researcher at the Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the NAS of Ukraine, Doctor of Law, Professor Oksana Kvasha; Head of the Department of Criminal Law, Criminology and Judicial System of the V. M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the NAS of Ukraine, Doctor of Law, Professor Zoya Zagynei-Zabolotenko; Head of the "Law and Order" Department of the Laboratory of Legislative Initiatives Yevgeny Krapyvin.
