The Yurinkom Inter Publishing House has published Scientific Note: «Conceptual Principles of the Development of Ukrainian Legislation in the Sphere of Social Protection in the Context of European Integration».

As a result of the research, the requirements of the European Union legislation in the sphere of social security were analyzed; the current problems of Ukrainian legislation in the sphere of social protection in the context of modern challenges and changes were identified; the risks of the digital transformation of the social protection system in the context of guaranteeing the realization of the human right to social protection were identified; the problems of current legislation and law enforcement practice regarding the social protection of war veterans were outlined; conclusions and recommendations were formulated for improving legislation in the sphere of social protection.
