The Yurinkom Inter Publishing House has published Academic Note: «The Human Right to Peace: International Standards and Implementation Problems in the Challenges of the Russian-Ukrainian War».

As a result of the research, the philosophical understanding of the human right to peace was analyzed; the features of the legal certainty of the essence and nature of the human right to a just peace were clarified; the theoretical and current challenges in ensuring the human right to peace were identified; the conceptualization of the human right to peace in the international legal dimension was investigated; the international legal aspects of ensuring the human right to peace were substantiated.
