Scientists of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine became laureates of the III All-Ukrainian (national) competition of scientific and educational publications on law, security and Euro

The author team of the monograph «Strategic Priorities of Political and Legal Development of Ukraine in the Context of European Integration»,prepared under the editorship of Professor, Doctor of Political Sciences I. O. Kresina (authors: I. O. Kresina, S. V. Balan, O. V. Batanov, N. M. Batanova, K. M. Vitman, V. V. Vorotynskyi, V. P. Gorbatenko, A. A. Kovalenko, O. V. Kukuruz, U. V. Movchan, E. S. Morgunova, I. V. Rybak, V. F. Smolyanyuk, O. M. Stoyko, V. M. Tarasyuk, M. D. Khodakivskyi, V. A. Yavir), became the winner of the III All-Ukrainian (national) competition of scientific and educational publications on law, security and European integration "Yurydyka" in the nomination Special Award from the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania in Ukraine.

This monograph is the result of scientific research carried out in recent years at the V. M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

The scientific event, which for the third year in a row brings together scientists, teachers, practitioners and young researchers from all over our country, was held as part of the celebration of Science Day in Ukraine on May 16, 2025 at the Odessa State University of Internal Affairs.

The event was organized by: Odessa State University of Internal Affairs, Ukrainian Association of Publishers and Book Distributors, «Yurydika» Publishing House, Center for Ukrainian-European Scientific Cooperation.

The «Juridica» competition is a platform where the best domestic achievements in the field of law, security and European integration are presented. This year, books (monographs, textbooks) published during 2024 and assigned an ISBN in 2024 were accepted for participation in the competition.Also participating in the competition were scientific journals that had published at least one issue in 2024.

The competition was held in 30 nominations. The event was attended by members of the nomination committee, the leadership of the Odessa State University of Internal Affairs, representatives of various higher education institutions, law enforcement agencies, and young scientists, who had the opportunity to discuss current scientific issues and exchange experiences.

The invited guests were welcomed and the winners were awarded by the founder of the competition, director of the publishing house "Yurydyka" Kateryna Holovko.

The award was presented to the Academy scientists by the Charge d'Affaires of the Republic of Lithuania in Ukraine Donatas Butkus. On behalf of the authors, the award was received by O. V. Batanov.
