The Supreme Council of Justice and the State and Law Institute named after V. M. Koretsky National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine concluded a Memorandum of Cooperation
Chairman of the Supreme Council of Justice Hryhoriy Usyk and director of the Institute of State and Law named after V. M. Oleksandr Skrypniuk of the Koretskyi National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine signed the Memorandum of Cooperation, this is stated on the website of the Higher Council of Justice.
The subject of the Memorandum is cooperation, exchange of information and experience based on scientific partnership in the format of preparation and implementation of joint national and international, scientific and practical events, projects, programs that will contribute to the effective work of the VRP.
Parties will promote the development of joint scientific projects, exchange information, and jointly prepare publications, textbooks and manuals. The document provides for the possibility of graduate students, doctoral students, scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers of the Institute of State and Law named after V.M. Koretsky National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for educational, scientific research, pre-diploma practice and collection of materials for the preparation of scientific papers in the Higher Council of Justice. Members of the High Council of Justice will have the opportunity to participate in the educational process of the Institute of State and Law named after V.M. Koretsky National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
There are also plans to organize and hold scientific (scientific and practical) conferences, symposia, seminars, round tables and other scientific events.

The Institute carries out fundamental theoretical-methodological and applied research on current problems of state-legal construction in Ukraine; coordinates fundamental scientific developments of relevant problems; prepares highly qualified personnel — doctors and candidates of legal sciences; conducts scientific and scientific-practical conferences; publishes legal literature; provides expert and scientific advisory assistance to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Office of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, The Supreme Court, judicial bodies, the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine, other state authorities and local self-government bodies, citizens of Ukraine and foreign countries.
