Main areas of scientific activity

At the turn of the millennium, the Department's scientists studied the following planned research topics of an agrarian-legal and land-legal nature:

• Problems of property rights in agriculture;
• Organizational and legal problems of state support for the agrarian and land industries of Ukraine;
• Legal problems of the formation and development of agricultural and land markets in Ukraine;
• Legal problems of attracting investments in the development of agriculture and the social sphere of the village;
• Problems of organizational and legal support of innovative activities in agriculture;
• Problems of the development of agrarian and land law of Ukraine.
