The Yurinkom Inter Publishing House has published a Scientific Note: «Current Problems of the Development of Space Legislation of Ukraine».

The Scientific Note examines in detail the institutional and legal challenges facing the sphere of space activity in Ukraine, in particular the shortcomings of public administration, problems of the organizational and legal structure of the industry, the weakness of program-targeted planning and the fragmentation of legal regulation. It analyzes current trends in the development of EU space law, including the provisions of the draft EU Space Act, issues of security, the licensing system and the prohibition of mixing military and civilian aspects of space activity.
