The Yurinkom Inter publishing house published a Scientific Note: «Improvement of criminal procedural legislation in the field of digitalization of criminal proceedings and the procedure for restoring lost criminal proceedings materials».

The scientific note highlights the issues of scientific substantiation of the problems of improving criminal procedural legislation in the field of digitalization of criminal proceedings and regulating the procedure for restoring lost criminal proceedings materials. Based on the analysis of the legislation of Ukraine, the practice of the European Court of Human Rights, scientific sources and judicial practice, proposals are made for improving criminal procedural legislation in terms of ensuring the digitalization of criminal proceedings and improving the procedure for restoring lost criminal proceedings materials. The implementation of the results obtained as a result of the study will contribute to the improvement of lawmaking in the field of criminal procedure.
