The Yurinkom Inter publishing house has published a Scientific Note: «Conceptual Principles of the Development of Criminal Legislation of Ukraine - from the Past to the Future».

The Scientific Note highlights the issues of scientific substantiation of general theoretical problems of law-making activity in the field of criminal law, namely the modernization of criminal law, the features of the creation of criminal legislation of Ukraine and the problems of the trajectory of criminal law norms in law-making; the adaptability of criminal law policy of Ukraine to solving the problems of the war period. The implementation of the results obtained as a result of the study will contribute to the improvement of criminal law law-making.
