The Yurinkom Inter Publishing House has published a Scientific Note: «Doctrine and Applied Aspects of Systematization and Improvement of Ukrainian Legislation».

The Scientific Note highlights the theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of the development of Ukrainian legislation at the current stage. In particular, it identifies the functions of modern lawmaking and the problems of their implementation, the main principles of reforming legislation in terms of international standards and Ukraine's European integration obligations; formulates general theoretical principles of the functioning and development of sources of law in Ukraine and legislation as its main form of manifestation; defines the theoretical and methodological principles of preparing the Scientific Concept of the Development of Ukrainian Legislation.
