The Yurinkom Inter publishing house has published a Scientific Note: “Conceptual Principles of the Development of Administrative Legislation of Ukraine and the Administrative Process in Ukraine”.

The Scientific Note examines the issues of the development of administrative legislation through the main institutions of general administrative law. The work is based on Ukraine's experience in administrative reform, an assessment of the current state of administrative legislation and the identification of urgent problems that need to be solved, and is revealed taking into account the factors of European integration, decentralization of public power, digital transformation of public administration, and the need to ensure the national security of Ukraine.

Special attention is paid to the issue of the development of legislation on the administrative process, given the importance of administrative justice in a democratic state governed by the rule of law.
