The Yurinkom Inter publishing house published a Scientific Note: «Digital Transformation of Land Legislation of Ukraine and Its Harmonization with EU Legal Values: Status and Prospects».

As a result of the research, the following were analyzed: conceptual problems of digitalization of land relations as the process of transferring information about their objects and subjects from paper to electronic (digital) form and providing access to such information online; digital transformation of land legislation as filling it with legal norms that ensure the digitalization of land relations; EU legal values ​​as a guideline for improving land legislation of Ukraine - the main imperatives, guidelines and moral and ethical principles of European integration, which have acquired the value of regulatory provisions and are reflected in the founding documents of the EU, as well as best practices of legal regulation of land relations in the EU member states; ways to harmonize Ukrainian land legislation with EU legal values.
