The Yurinkom Inter publishing house has published a Scientific Note: «The Judicial Power of Ukraine in the Conditions of European Integration Transformations».

The Scientific Note highlights the issues of scientific substantiation of the problems of improving legislation in the field of the judiciary and judicial power in terms of ensuring the functioning of the judicial power under the conditions of European integration transformations. Based on the analysis of the legislation of Ukraine, the practice of the European Court of Human Rights, scientific sources and domestic judicial practice, the problems of the legal foundations of the legality of the judicial power are highlighted, a characteristic of the principles of the legality of the judicial power, the «natural court» and their reflection in the legislation of Ukraine, the problem of the boundaries of judicial specialization is considered, taking into account international and foreign experience.
