The Yurinkom Inter Publishing House has published a Scientific Note: “Adaptation of Agricultural Legislation to the Acquis of the European Union”.

As a result of the research, the following were analyzed: the content of the concept of “acquis communautaire” of the EU; features, challenges and obstacles to the adaptation of Ukrainian agricultural legislation to the provisions and principles of the acquis communautaire of the EU; features of the EU Common Agricultural Policy and ways of approximating Ukraine’s agricultural policy to the EU Common Agricultural Policy; main directions of the European Green Deal and prospects for the development of Ukrainian agricultural legislation towards the greening ("greening") of agricultural production, taking into account the prospects of future EU membership.
