The Yurinkom Inter Publishing House has published a Scientific Note: «Concept of Systematization of Environmental Legislation of Ukraine».

The note is dedicated to the formation of the Concept of Systematization of Environmental Legislation of Ukraine as a strategic direction for its renewal and increasing efficiency. The work substantiates the need to transition to a holistic model of environmental legislation, which takes into account the current state of legal regulation, its cumbersomeness, broken connections with legislative bodies of other branches of Ukrainian law, duplication and contradiction of individual norms and the complexity of application. The principles and key stages of the systematization process are determined, its structural elements are identified. Foreign experience is studied. The requirements for scientific, informational, financial and organizational support for the process of systematization of environmental legislation of Ukraine are analyzed.
