The Yurinkom Inter Publishing House has published a Scientific Note: «Constitutional and Legal Provision of National Security of Ukraine: Challenges of War and Prospects for Development».

The scientific note is the result of the implementation of the 1st stage «Development of the Ukrainian State in Conditions of War: Problems of Correlation and Interaction of National and International Legal Order» of the scientific research work «Ukrainian State and International Law: Challenges of War, Security Problems and Prospects for Development». As a result of the research, the following were analyzed: constitutional principles for ensuring the national security of Ukraine; the role of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in developing and ensuring the national security of Ukraine; international and regional guarantees and mechanisms for ensuring national security; national stability as a strategic component of the national security of Ukraine in the constitutional and legal dimension; national security issues in the municipal dimension.
