Dear colleagues, scientists!

Today, on this special day — the Day of Science in Ukraine, I would like to express my sincere words of gratitude and congratulations to you. The scientific community of the V. M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the NAS of Ukraine, consisting of almost a hundred scientists, including 33 doctors and 51 candidates of sciences, does not stop its scientific activity even in wartime. The Institute carries out fundamental theoretical, methodological and applied research on current problems of state and legal construction in Ukraine; coordinates fundamental scientific developments on relevant problems; provides expert and scientific and advisory assistance to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Office of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, judicial bodies, the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine, other state authorities and local self-government bodies, citizens of Ukraine and foreign countries.

All this — thanks to you, dear colleagues! So, thank you for your fruitful and hard work, for your dedication to science.

On the occasion of the professional holiday of Science Day, I wish you good health, happiness, peace and further scientific achievements! May inspiration and inexhaustible energy always accompany you in your creative pursuits.
